Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of depot operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production and distribution
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and workplace safety
Supervise depot staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Work closely with other departments, such as production and sales, to coordinate depot activities
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to depot operations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track depot performance and identify areas for improvement
Maintain a clean and organized depot facility to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years in managing silo bag depot sites with emphasis on wheat, maize and soybean
Grading certified(Maize and Soyabeans)
Fumigation certified
Health & Safety certified
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software programs
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our silo bag depot, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of raw materials for our production processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the silo bag depot, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials.
Ensure the proper handling and storage of materials to maintain product quality and integrity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Supervise depot staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and shipments.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate with other departments, such as production and maintenance, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
