Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Limpopo and they would like to employ local.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company is compliant with HR statutory and legal requirements
- Ensuring reporting data is accurate and on time to meet HR reporting deadlines.
- Ensure the business is capacitated always by following the recruitment process.
- Ensure skills development across all levels for employees to function effectively.
- To analyse the IR risk and ensure that there is no industrial conflict risk.
- Follow through with recruitment and selection
- Practice Employee/Industrial Relations
- Liaise with Training teams
- General HR Administration
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology
- 5 years of HR experience (including recruitment, training and development, payroll, and industrial relations)
- Knowledge of ERP System
