Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Manager to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our clinic, providing hands-on support to our doctors and therapists, and managing key aspects of patient care and administration. Key

Responsibilities:

Clinical Support: Assist the doctor and therapists with various aesthetic and hair restoration treatments. Maintain a sterile and organized environment. Perform microneedling procedures and operate other aesthetic machines as required. Patient Management: Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand procedures and aftercare. Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation. Handle scheduling and follow-up appointments. Sales and Consultation: Conduct patient consultations, providing detailed information about treatment options. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients to drive repeat business. Assist in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Administrative

Duties:

Handle medical coding and scripts for insurance and patient records. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies. Support the doctor with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in an aesthetic clinic, working directly with a doctor. Hands-on experience with Mesoaesthetics and Skinceuticals is highly desirable. Certification in microneedling is required. Experience with aesthetic machines and hair restoration treatments is an advantage. Skills: Strong knowledge of medical codes and scripts. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
