Job Summary
Analyst (Real Estate) | Campaign Manager Cape Town R30 000 Per Month Innovative Property brokerage firm is currently seeking a dynamic Analyst | Campaign Manager. The main role of this job is to support the directors by providing research, analysis and reporting on properties and specific localities . The main focus areas will be due diligence studies, valuations, market research, campaign marketing and reporting. Other tasks include: Contact tracing for use by brokers; Assisting in any other tasks that may be required in the sale or acquisition of properties. Minimum

BCom: Accounting / Economics or Qualification in Property Studies or Similar Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of business and markets Excellent research skills Interest and general understanding of property investment Curious by nature Preferred Experience with: CMA Info Lexis Windeed Google Maps Canva Mailchimp Roles &
Responsibilities:
Research: Tracking / Monitoring and analysis of markets / company announcements Tracking / Monitoring and analysis of properties – On Auction / For Sale / Sold Identify sales leads from research Pass leads to sales brokers for intro Due Diligence: Conduct property valuations / Investment Analyses and prepare reports Conduct in-depth area research and analysis (Demand, Supply, Market Sentiment) Create marketing material for campaigns (Information packs, Mailers, Online listings and signage) Campaign: Assist in preparing and maintaining contact database Assist in preparing market feedback reports during sales campaigns Please email a detailed copy of your CV to Nicole Spamers:
