Job Summary
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Offer strategic financial guidance to the company Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability Initiate and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Lead the Finance & IT teams by implementing best practices and efficient processes Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies Drive financial accounting initiatives and communicate effectively with the Board and EXCO members Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies Oversee and recommend capital allocation, financial risk management, and treasury activities Skills & Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in the finance industry (Manufacturing) 5 years managing experience Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Strong experience in management accounts Strong attention to detail Qualification: CA(SA) nonnegotiable Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on
