Minimum experience – 2 Years in the hospitality/retail industry. Good communication skills Must be punctual and well spoken Ability to work shifts Must Reside withing Cape Town Ability to speak multiple languages (Beneficial) Must be able to work well with customers and assist with assist with customer queries.
Duties:
Assisting with counter care/cleanup Assisting back staff with materials and orders Handling cash and card transactions with efficiency General knowledge of POS systems To be flexible in positions and assist staff where needed. Interpersonal skills: Must be well spoken Friendly demeanor/personality Approachable and upbeat Highly self-assured Analytical thinker and adept problem-solver Capable of handling pressure with ease Driven by ambition and committed to achieving success Inherently motivated Devoted and steadfast to the company, colleagues, and clients Genuine and sincere, with a good sense of humour
