Job Summary

Job Description: You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties: Credit Assessment: Review and analyze credit applications from customers (business), to determine their creditworthiness based on scorecard models and established risk criteria which includes quantitative and qualitative information Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the credit policy and credit processes to maintain regulatory compliance and minimize risk exposure Portfolio Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of existing loans in the portfolio Training Induction Program: Design and maintain the training induction program tailored for new reviewers Monthly Reviewers` Workshops: Contribute to monthly workshops aimed at facilitating knowledge exchange and feedback between the Analyst and Reviewer teams. Job Summary

Join a fast growing and dynamic business where you will be part of the Credit team, you will specialize in credit lending and be responsible for the full 360 loan application process, evaluating and assessing the creditworthiness of businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the company`s overall credit risk management strategy. Someone with an auditing background with completed articles is going to suit this role.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyse credit applications in line with credit scorecard models Conduct financial analysis for large loans Ensure strict adherence to the credit policy and credit processes Continuously evaluate and refine the credit granting processes Evaluate risk factors associated with each credit application Provide input into monthly reviewer schedules Hold regular catch-up meetings with the Analyst team leader to identify training Monitor the performance of existing loans in the portfolio Provide input for the monthly credit reporting Conduct comprehensive reviews Ensure diligent quality monitoring of reviews Design and maintain the training induction program Oversee the onboarding process Conduct follow-up training sessions with new Reviewers Provide guidance and mentorship to Loan Analysts

Requirements:
