Job Summary
Requirements 3 years of experience planning and buying media with hands-on experience with digital media platforms Good understanding of marketing and advertising principles Experience using DSPs, agency trading desks, or other forms of programmatic media buying Experience managing Facebook campaigns across Africa and the Middle East Must have excellent knowledge of AppsFlyer Experience and/or certification in Google Analytics, Google AdSense or AdWords, Twitter Flight School, Facebook Blueprint, Social Bakers, or HootSuite is not required, but will be a big plus Experience in using a variety of tools, channels, and approaches to drive customer acquisition Demonstrated ability to execute performance-driven digital media campaigns Knowledge of the general activation capabilities of all available digital media tactics across Africa and the Middle East Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint Experience of PPC campaign management Responsibilities To work collaboratively to conceive, manage, analyse, and optimise campaigns that drive customer growth and funnel improvements, with responsibility for recruiting, activating, and onboarding prospects to achieve our customer target Monitor the performance of the APP against acquisition targets and identify improvements and provide recommendations Work in partnership with the marketing manager and the channel specialists to plan digital marketing and ensure paid media strategy is executed to exceed targets Generate data-driven hypotheses and execute experiments throughout the prospect to activate the customer funnel – identifying insights and key opportunities for improvement Research and advice on external technology-driven marketing initiatives focusing on customer acquisition Optimise web analytics and business intelligence tools to better understand customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to evaluate and optimise growth strategy and ultimate performance
