Job Summary
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Giving strategic direction to HR management within the company, providing support to line management as a strategic partner and ensuring the achievement of HR-related strategic objectives. Developing, implementing, monitoring and review of HR policies and procedures identifying and mitigating all HR-related risks. Providing leadership to the HR team. Keeping abreast of legislation, regulations, codes and best practice related to all HR functions and developing the HR team. Actively managing the payroll function. Developing budgets, including the salary, learning and development and departmental budgets. Developing annual, quarterly and ad hoc. Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge: Postgraduate HR-related qualification or labour law At least eight years HR experience of which at least five years should be at HR management level Working experience of MS office suite at intermediate level Valid drivers licence Leadership skills Excellent planning and organisational skills Sound working knowledge of all aspects of human resource functions Superior knowledge of HR-related legislation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Sound knowledge of financial management Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Ability to identify potential risks, analyse trends and develop interventions to manage the risks Ability to plan and implement projects Good interpersonal skills If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks after closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
