Job Summary

TETA registered Has to have -3 years` hands on working on DriveRisk or DriveCam system(s) Mix Telematics knowledge Has to have a code 14 license with valid PDP Advanced computer skills (excel especially) People management skills Accountable for: Preparation of training schedules Training in the classroom and on the job Providing input for the development of training material Coaching and mentoring Conducting performance assessments Feedback to management on training/trainee performance Assisting with driver learnership recruitment Assisting with “Driver of the Year” competitions Assisting elsewhere as and when required Please note: By applying for this position and providing Fokus Personnel with your CV and other personal information, you are consenting to the information being used for the specific purpose for which it was provided, which is recruitment purposes and possible appointment purposes (should you be successful).
