Duties:

The E-commerce Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by conducting product research, negotiating deals, and loading deals on the E-commerce site. They will also need to pay attention to detail and ensure that all deals are accurately presented on the website. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) degree is required for this role. Experience: No specific experience is required, but previous experience in sales or retail may be beneficial. Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and the ability to support a sales team. Resilience and the ability to conduct product research are also important. Experience in loading deals on an E-commerce site would be advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: Any additional qualifications related to sales, retail, or E-commerce would be a plus. Working Conditions: This is a full-time permanent position based in Cape Town. The E-commerce Sales Assistant will work standard office hours and may be required to work occasional weekends or evenings to meet deadlines.
