Requirements:
Relevant commercial degree/diploma 5-8 years of fresh food retail buying experience Previous procurement management role with proven results in complex buying within a fresh food manufacturing environment Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Good planning and project management skills Strong financial buying and management skills, including cost control, profit management, and financial reporting Knowledge of logistics/warehousing, delivery systems, and end-to-end supply chain processes Entrepreneurial approach to developing innovative, viable product ranges Strong customer and retail orientation Excellent computer skills for use as a buying tool Ready to Make a Difference?
