Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability and potential of investment opportunities. Perform comprehensive due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement reviews. Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, analyzing financial results and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement value creation strategies. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments to inform investment decisions. Support the execution of transaction processes, including negotiations, structuring, and closing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis. Excellent understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and investment principles. Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, financial databases). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
