Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Stay ahead of market trends and research new concepts in the tea, herb, and spice categories. Develop commercially viable, sustainable products that align with current trends and target markets. Manage and execute all stages of the product development process within deadlines. Ensure products meet country-specific regulations for both product and packaging. Source new raw materials and packaging sustainably from compliant suppliers. Ensure compliance with company certifications for new product development. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project launches. Lead and monitor weekly customer meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication. Execute on-time product launches and ensure seamless integration with internal teams.
Requirements:
A degree in Food Technology or BSc Food Science, or 5-10 years of industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. A valid drivers license. Advantageous experience in project management, product development, and commercial exposure.
