Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead a sales team in the fast-paced FMCG industry. This strategic role demands a leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving exceptional results. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Your ability to build and nurture strong client relationships will be essential in expanding our market presence and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your expertise will steer our market expansion, elevate brand presence, and maximize revenue. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading, coaching, and motivating a dynamic sales team, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and analysing sales data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
