Job Summary
Senior Electronic or Mechatronic Design Engineer Cape Town International leader in the development and manufacturing of automation and access control. International they do development work of smart living systems of home automation. Design, Quality Manufacturing of Products and reselling for the local market. Reseller of imported products from various branches in SA. Electronic design engineer required to join the R&D team. Main purpose will be to design electronics hardware and firmware for new and existing products. Qualifications and experience required: BSc/B.Eng (Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering) or higher required Minimum 5 years experience as a design engineer in the electronic manufacturing industry Electronics design PCB layout Firmware (C, Python) Experience conforming to international standards Test design
Responsibilities:
The purpose is to provide engineering solutions through research, design and enchancement of company products. Design solutions that meet company and customer requirements. Research new methods and technologies to improve company offering. Project management Electronic and firmware design Testing
