Job Summary
SEO Specialist Stellenbosch Cape Winelands Our technology IT client in Stellenbosch is looking for an SEO Specialist with 4 years of experience in dealing with and managing all SEO activities such as SEO campaigns, content strategy, such as link building, and keyword strategy to increase ranking on all major search networks and to ensure that the client consistently ranks top on Google search results. You need a certificate as a Certified Usability Analyst CUA. You have to have some HTML experience in cleaning code for optimization. Salary very negotiable plus benefits like provident Minimum Requirements Web Development Diploma Desktop Support Diploma Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) Certificate Minimum 4 years of working experience as a SEO Specialist. HTML code cleaning experience Google Analytics experience/certification Key Responsibilities Review, and update keywords, and meta tag data & target them appropriately Clean up underlying HTML code, and ensure the website can be crawled and read by search engine spiders to enable them to build an appropriate site. Reviewing and analysing client sites for arears that can be improved and optimized. Preparing detailed strategy reports identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic. Keep updated on SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines. Developing link-building strategies. Writing effective SEO content for blogs, website, and social media accounts. Experience with website optimization. Working knowledge of knowledge of search engine optimization. Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities. Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization. Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success. Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content programming. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
