Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Enhance SQL server performance, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulations. Analyze sales and performance data, create detailed reports for stakeholders, and optimize SQL queries. Collaborate with IT vendors, troubleshoot SQL server issues, and train employees on SQL procedures. Develop long-term strategies for the SQL/data area, drive data improvement initiatives, and facilitate effective communication across departments and with clients. Work with a dynamic company that offers a guaranteed yearly bonus. Skills: Skilled in SQL server administration, database management, and reporting. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Linux, and Microsoft BI tools; familiarity with Python/R is advantageous. Possesses strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, adept at recognizing and implementing process enhancements. Capable of performing effectively under pressure and managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
