Job Summary
Join this highly regarded and respected Financial Services company in the Investment Administration Team. Experience in a similar position will be required in order for you to fulfill the following tasks: Preparation and Processing of a wide variety of transactions including, but not limited to, investments, repurchases, debit orders and similar for the Collective Investments and Life Assurance Companies as well as resolving of broker administrative queries. If you have current or recent experience in investment administration, particularly related to Life Policy changes as well as working knowledge of the main administration houses online administration portals, your application will be favourably considered. Other key requirements include: BCom or equivalent diploma. Proficiency in MS Excel. Minimum of 3 years investment administration experience. Ability to work additional hours over quarter end. Excellent communication skills and team orientated. A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
