Job & Company Description: Calling all dynamic individuals to fill a Web 3 Financial Accountant role in Cape Town. While expertise in Web 3 technologies isn`t mandatory, a keen interest and a hunger to learn are essential. If you are a finance professional looking to pivot into the tech world, this is the opportunity for you Other duties include: Serve as a project manager for DAO & Foundation clients, overseeing various operational aspects. Assist clients in managing day-to-day operations, administration, and integral functions. Handle outsourced accounting tasks, including transaction management and bookkeeping. Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients. Compile transparency reports, conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Review governance proposals, monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements, and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities. Education: Completed BCom degree Skills and Experience Required: 2 – 4 years commercial accounting experience Tech-savvy Passion for cryptocurrency, AI, blockchain, VR APPLY NOW
