Job Summary
Position: Financial Advisory Assistant – 3 month contract
Location: Cape Town
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team on a contract basis for 3 months as a Financial Advisory Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to financial advisors in delivering high-quality service to our clients. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, preparing financial reports and documents, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist financial advisors in managing client relationships and assessing their financial goals and needs.
- Prepare and organise client financial documents and reports.
- Conduct research on investment opportunities and market trends.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries and provide updates on financial matters.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for financial advisors and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions.
- Assist with processing client payments, account transfers, and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact clients` financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s degree/ Diploma in finance, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a financial services/advisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and financial management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
