Job Summary

Description

Hire Resolve`s Client in Cape Town, is urgently seeking a talented Graduate Accountant with Honors to join their team. As a Graduate Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in various aspects of accounting.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Perform general accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Conduct analytical reviews of financial data to identify trends and anomalies
Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information
Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or Finance with Honors ( Accounting up to 3rd year)
Strong academic record with a focus on accounting courses
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and calculations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
