Job Summary
Position:
High Level Query Consultant
Position Purpose:
To provide information, advice and explanations on clinical or VIP queries of a complex clinical nature or to resolve complicated clinical queries for the company`s stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Experience:
5 years hospital providing patient care (preferably Private Hospital) in area of expertise and 2 – 3 years managed healthcare experience
Qualifications:
Relevant medical qualification (nursing preferable)

Operating Model:
-Investigate and resolve escalated high complexity clinical queries to standard and within Service Level Agreement
-Conduct root cause analysis of queries, identify and implement solutions and report on errors that lead to high level queries
-Ensure documentation and records of all high level queries are accurately filed and accessible within Service Level Agreement
-Complete productivity and query resolution reports as required and to standard
Position Specific Outputs
-Investigate and resolve escalated high complexity clinical queries to standard and within Service Level Agreement
-Conduct root cause analysis of queries, identify and implement solutions and report on errors that lead to high level queries
-Ensure documentation and records of all high level queries are accurately filed and accessible within Service Level Agreement
-Complete productivity and query resolution reports as required and to standard
-Train/coach staff members
-Review VOC reports and provide feedback
