Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms to the hotel`s standard, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
Perform tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities to maintain the highest quality of cleanliness.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, providing fresh towels and toiletries for the comfort of our guests.
Address guest requests or concerns promptly, displaying a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Report any damages or repairs needed to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages to ensure a seamless workflow.
Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at all times to create a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is highly desirable.
Reliability and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent communication skills to address guest requests and collaborate with the team.
