Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Crimping of contacts to wires ensuring that crimping is done to correct to MILKOR standards Termination of connectors and terminals Sleeving of wire to Formboard adhering to set standards Correct assembly of wires to formboard using the relevant work specification (schematic, instructions, samples) Running wires using running lists Routing cables on foamboards or as per installation drawings Assisting with loom installation into product Soldering of components where required Testing of harnesses, continuity and insolation MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Certificate in IPC-WHMA-A-620 Previous experience 2-4 years Hand tool experience (heat gun, crimping tool, soldering iron, etc) Electronic, wiring, component knowledge Soldering experience (small components, wiring) ATTRIBUTES No colour blindness with 20/20 vision Attention to detail with good hand eye co-ordination Eager and able to learn Manage pressure and deadlines Team orientated Dexterity & precision in work execution Adaptable and flexible Must be able to work independently CONSENT: By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: That you have no objection to us retaining your personal information in our database for future matching/ POPI Policy.
