Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review software requirements and design specifications to develop relevant test scenarios and test cases Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and optimize test coverage Conduct thorough testing, including functional, performance, regression, and integration testing, to validate software functionality and stability Analyze test results, document identified bugs or issues, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system engineers, and end-users, to understand product requirements and test objectives Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports to document the testing process and provide traceability Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the testing approach Contribute to the development and refinement of the company`s software testing processes and standards REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on testing complex, mission-critical software systems Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and unit testing Hands-on experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/DevOps practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot software defects Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with software configuration management, version control, and issue tracking tools.
