R65,000 – R80,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
How you`ll role
As the Startup Lead/Co-CEO you will possess a deep understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by unemployed and under-employed women. You will have a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and a passion for driving meaningful impact.
What you`ll do
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the business, aligning with the companys mission and values
- Build and inspire a diverse team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
- Oversee the financial management of the venture, ensuring sustainability and responsible resource allocation
- Cultivate partnerships and secure capital to support the growth and expansion of the company
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and funders
- Collaborate with the current CEO while having full autonomy in growing and developing business
What you`ll need
- Track record of raising capital
- Experience working in the tech industry, with a good understanding of digital platforms and tools
- Strong experience in leadership roles, with a track record of bringing ideas to life and driving growth
- Demonstrated understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by unemployed and under-employed individuals, particularly women of colour
- Passionate about purpose-driven work and committed to making a positive impact in the community
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders
- High capacity with an ownership mindset
- Focused and accountable to deliver against key objectives
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to change
