Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is looking for a Technical Product Owner to join their team. The client`s mission is to power innovators in remote biometric digital authentication.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define and prioritise product backlog items based on business values and customer needs.
- Articulate and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to the development team and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product increments and releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, review, and retrospective meetings to refine and improve the development process and support the engineering team.
- Active participant in Agile ceremonies.
- Identify user needs and ensure the product meets customer expectations
- Continuously gather feedback from customers and end-users to refine and enhance the product.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and empowered work environment.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Agile software development methodology, such as Scrum or Kanban
- A sound technical understanding of software development
- Ability to balance technical feasibility and business value when making decisions
- Experience in effective prioritization
- Knowledge of user-centred design principles
- Understanding design quality standards
- Ability to work with large / multiple teams
