Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is currently seeking a UiPath RPA Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. As a UiPath RPA Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technology. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design efficient and scalable RPA solutions. In addition, you will provide technical leadership to a team of RPA developers and ensure the successful delivery of projects to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath technology
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and design efficient and scalable automation solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of RPA developers
- Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of RPA projects
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
- Conduct RPA feasibility assessments and provide recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in either Information Systems, Informatics or Computer Science or
Engineering - 12 years relevant industry experience of at least 3 years in a technical lead role.
- Minimum of 10 years technical experience with UiPath RPA solutions
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification 2023
- UiPath Solution Architect Certificate advantageous
- Very good understanding of the UiPath Cloud Architecture
- Strong technical expertise in software development
- Experience leading software developers
- Essential hands-on experience with UiPath RPA technology
- Experience in UiPath VM configuration and setup
- Experience in UiPath upgrades
- Awareness and demonstrated ability of implementation of UiPath best practices for bot
deployment - Experience with .Net, or Automatic Testing, or other RPA tools
- Experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, and Java
- Exposure to Process Improvement {Lean, Six Sigma}
- Process Design and Process Improvement experience
- Experience leading and managing project teams
- Experience and certification with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
strongly preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile principle
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients,
stakeholders, and team members - Professional experience, and knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and
Insurance industries are strongly preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
