Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the accounting control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Design and implement robust operating models and processes to enhance financial reporting and operational performance. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including SARB, JSE, and other market participants. Provide insightful analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance control environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. Qualifications: CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 7 years of experience in management roles within the financial services sector. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, process and operating model design, and analytics. Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and reporting requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
