Job Summary
Education: HR related qualification Skills/Experience required: Minimum of 3 5 years as an HR Assistant Experience working on Payspace Advantageous Job Description: IR (handling discipline, warnings and chairing enquiries) Recruitment (handling the interviews where needed) Employment Equity (assist with meetings and submissions) Basic HR admin Checking of the new starter packs for all employees to ensure a full pack and pass onto to payroll for input. Handling provident fund withdrawals. Doing UI 19 and salary schedules for terminated employees. Teaching leave and loan payments. Advising managers on the correct manner in which to deal with disciplinary issues. occuring in the stores. Assisting in preparation of necessary paperwork for labour inspections. Track staff birthdays for head office and record on notice board. Distribute long service certificates. Working out maternity dates and providing the relevant paperwork for employees. HR admin.
