Enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters . Periodically review and enhance compliance programmes to comply with regulatory and organisation requirements and objectives. Periodically conduct and oversee the internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed . Provide advice and training where non- compliance if identified. Collaborate with the relevant departments to review, modify (if applicable) and implement organisation policies. Conduct or direct internal investigation of compliance Informing, educating, and training of employees on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices. Reviewing and enhancing plans to effectively manage a crisis of compliance Staying up to date with internal standards, regulatory developments both within and outside the organisation, as well as evolving best practice. Working with external auditors and internal auditors . Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and business partners. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks D iscussing compliance issues with the Head of Compliance, and / or Ensuring and verifying that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated to all the stakeholders.
