Job Summary
Grade 12 – HR Qualification will be an added advantage Experience in a retail environment will be an advantage Good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential – Draw up and compile new Spreadsheets Accuracy with attention to detail essential Oversees a big staff compliment on payroll (i.e. 700 people) Gathering information – i.e. Clocking Reports Analyze data – break it down into separate parts to identify the errors should any arise Evaluating information – make sure everything is filled out correctly Processing information – capturing, recording and maintaining information in written and electronic form Maintaining reports and files Administrative duties Please note: By applying for this position and providing Fokus Personnel with your CV and other personal information, you are consenting to the information being used for the specific purpose for which it was provided, which is recruitment purposes and possible appointment purposes (should you be successful).
