Job Summary

Key

Responsibilities:

Conduct emissions testing for engineering design and performance testing purposes.
Prepare mass and energy balances for process analysis.
Develop equipment data sheets specifying process equipment and instrumentation.
Generate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Document process designs, control philosophies, and design reports.
Collaborate with suppliers and clients.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines throughout design and implementation phases.
Perform complex process modelling and design calculations.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders.
Investigate and report on client process problems through site testing and inspections.
Participate in commissioning and testing of new installations.
Troubleshoot new and existing installations.
Monitor plant performance over guarantee periods and report findings.
Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale work to validate process design parameters.
