Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to work independently. Job Title: Litigation Attorney Location: Centurion – Lyttleton
Salary:

Responsibilities:
– Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution – Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents – Appear in court, advocate for clients, and handle trials and negotiations – Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to achieve desired outcomes – Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and jurisprudence – Provide strategic legal advice to clients – Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Requirements:
– More than 3 years of post-admission experience as a Litigation Attorney – Professional qualification (Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)) – Excellent advocacy, research, and analytical skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills – Proficiency in legal software and technology – Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
