Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee asset management protocols. Schedule and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Conduct thorough restaurant and equipment inspections. Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors. Lead project management efforts for technical initiatives. Track and manage job cards efficiently. Identify and implement training opportunities for technical staff. Drive cost-saving initiatives within the technical maintenance department. Oversee maintenance of DB Boards, Inverters, Solar, Batteries, UPS systems. Manage maintenance of Generators, Refrigeration units, Geysers & Heat pumps, CCTV & Alarm systems, and building infrastructure
