Salary:
R30K CTC Per Month Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor SIC (Section-In-Charge) for a permanent position based in Cato Ridge, Durban, eThekwini, Kwazulu Natal. Experience in the FMCG & Manufacturing sector preferred. Benefits include medical aid and provident fund contributions, as well as 13 th cheque and disability cover. Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here – https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12; Matric; 5 years of experience in Warehouse /Logistics environment B com Supply Chain or similar Knowledge of Food Safety Ability to be self-manage and multitask Ability to follow directions Ability to lead and manage the performance of others Timeliness KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Monitor downtime in warehouse caused by Forklift downtime. Compliance of OHSA standards Assist with customer complaints. Ensure CAPA completion. Coordinate monthly physical count of FG stock Manage integrated management system documentation and compliance daily and monthly department reporting Assist with DMAT cost reduction initiatives Assist with new projects for DMAT improvements Train and motivate team Preparation of monthly shift schedules Monitor and evaluate subordinates output and performance Preparation of SOPs and Work Instructions Find Us on Social Media
