Job Summary
Our client in the manufacturing / production industry is seeking a well experience Factory Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and staff supervision. Key responsibilities for this role include: Overseeing all aspects of production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Developing and implementing production schedules and strategies to optimize output and minimize downtime Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels at all times Leading and supervising a team of production staff, providing training and support as needed Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to create a safe working environment Collaborating with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency Qualifications & Experience Relevant Degree: Engineering / Production or Operations Qualified Artisan Min 10 Years experience in a technical manufacturing environment CMC Milling and Lathe programmes essential Must have previous experience on Drafting Software, AutoCad or Inventor Reliable Transport The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with strong leadership and communication skills.
