Job Summary
Main Duties include: Pre-weighing for batching Identify and monitor production machine parameters Monitoring and testing product/batch quality Ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently Identify machine faults and production error Maintain production logbook Report breakdowns to supervisor and engineers Identify areas of production/processes that can be improved or increased Maintain a clean and safe work area and overall Good housekeeping Ensure all safety policies and requirements are adhered to Ensure the accuracy and precision of all test and calculations are correct. All equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly and scheduled kept Regular inventory of all raw materials and ensure all are captured on LIMS
