Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership : specialize in spearheading engineering projects within the manufacturing sector, from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Process Optimization : Leveraging your technical expertise, optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement, resulting in increased productivity and profitability. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Armed with advanced analytics and project management tools,harness data to drive informed decision-making, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Collaboration : Effective communication and collaboration are at the heart of your approach. Excel in building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients, fostering alignment and driving towards shared objectives. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Committed to staying ahead of the curve,you remain abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively seeking opportunities to integrate innovation and drive efficiencies in manufacturing processes. Provide comprehensive end-to-end design, project management and design build services and ensure that co-ordination of all services is handled with due diligence. Conduct standups and meetings with key stakeholders. Be heavily involved in the QA process to assist with test plan creation, drive execution and validate the results.
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or related field. Advanced degrees such as Master`s in Engineering or Project Management may be preferred for senior roles.
