Job Summary
Our client in Automotive Manufacturing is hiring for a Quality Team Leader to oversee day-to-day quality activities in the production process. You will ensure adherence to specified quality standards and inspection frequencies, playing a crucial role in maintaining product integrity. The successful candidates will be required to travel to Thailand for training and as such will require a valid passport. Relevant Higher Certificate in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields ISO certification PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Relevant Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields Report quality incidents and non-conformances Conduct shopfloor patrols and quality inspections Mentor and train team members on quality standards Manage non-conformance materials and implement hold labels Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives Maintain daily quality KPI reporting Support 4M Changes (Man, M/C, Method, and Material) Participate in process audits and resolve discrepancies Implement and uphold ISO and ITAF standards If you`re passionate about quality assurance, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, apply now to join our dedicated team and drive excellence in automotive manufacturing! At least 5 years of Quality Assurance Control experience at a Team Leader level in Automotive Manufacturing or Manufacturing sectors TECHNICAL PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCY: Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Proficiency in reading and interpreting quality specifications Knowledge of AutoCAD, PolyWorks Faro programs advantageous Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements Quality certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ITAF 16949
