Grade 12 Relevant qualification in Human Settlements/Built Environment/Property Management Computer literacy is essential. Key Performance Areas: Marketing Pre-take on assessment Take on, handover and record keeping Accounts Debt Collection Tenant relationships / Lease Management Maintenance Queries Office Administration Welfare Advise and Support Undertakings: Criminal / Credit Check
