Job Summary
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage disputes and conflict between community members, site personnel and community leaders Understanding community culture and ethics to ensure appropriate conflict management skills are used Capability to manage CCMA, BIBC and BCCEI disputes and resolutions, including conflict between employees Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with management, staff and external communities so as to ensure the smooth facilitation of project completion Ability to facilitate and chair key meetings between stakeholders, community members and site personnel. Advising all employees on the interpretation, application and implementation of employment law and policies, procedures and processes. Facilitate the management and promotion of fair and sound Labour Relations by interpreting and applying the Employment Equity Act; Labour Relations Act; Baic Conditions of Employment Act; Workplace Law; Compensation Occupation Injuries Dispensation (COID) Act; Occupational Health and Safety Act and Bargaining Council (wages, annual leave, climatic conditions) Please Note: If you haven`t received a response within two weeks, kindly regard your application for the vacancy as unsuccessful.
