Verify the customers ages Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Daily Stock counts, Ordering and packing of stock Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Billing and cash-up daily Qualifications and
Requirements:
1 to 2 years Experience within a 5 Environment Fully Computer literate. I.E., MS Office Suite POS Micros will be advantageous Matric or equivalent Ability to work weekends and public holidays Skills & Competencies: Guest/ Member Focused Detail Orientated Passionate and Energetic
