Matric Relevant Diploma or Degree would be beneficial SAP experience Sea and Air Freight experience Perform various administrative tasks including: SAP Transactions Filing Creation of Service Orders Creation of purchase orders Creation of Sales orders Print Tally Sheet Transfer orders Inbound of GRVs Update Shipments Packing outbound Posting Crate Packing List Printing Commercial Invoices Print Crate Packing List & Vessel Load List Staging List Vessel Load List Booking of BV Inspections Pre alerts Weekly Reporting Ensure documentation is in order Issue service instructions to vendors (on instructions from manager / logistics coordinator) Prepares the execution of the file by creating the different handling units, deliveries and shipments Establishes and shares the different reports and KPIs for the operations Assist the team on administrative tasks and paperwork Closes files after invoicing and transmits to Archive Consultant: Rayno Bezuidenhout – Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
