Moderator Accessor Bricklaying Trade – Goodwood, Cape Town Salary Dependent on Experience Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily tasks. Maintain equipment inventory. Ensure equipment is maintained properly. Maintain learner discipline. Accompany learners for training to industry for experimental training. Prepare assessments and practical tasks. Develop assessment criteria. Manage student attendance and documents. Record and report on learner progress. Conduct workplace monitoring. Create a positive learning environment. Provide constructive feedback to participants. Ensure assessment fairness. Collaborate on curriculum adjustments. Maintain accurate records. Communicate outcomes effectively. Uphold program integrity. Stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications: Bricklayer Trade Test Certificate. N6 Qualification in Construction. Assessor and Moderator certification NQF 4. Valid driver““““““““““““““““s license (preferred). Computer literacy (advantageous). Experience: 2-3 years in facilitating. Proven experience in leadership assessment. Familiarity with legislative and quality requirements. Attributes: Organizational and planning skills. Interpersonal and communication skills. Independent and team player. Strong under pressure. Motivated and confident. Attention to detail and integrity. Cross-cultural communication. Report writing skills. Working Hours – Mon to Fri 7:45 – 16:30
