Responsibilities:

Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to lodge standards and policies. Assign duties and inspect work to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably within a 5-star lodge or hotel. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
