Job Summary
BEAUTY Spa Manager needed Limpopo-Hoedspruit
- The Spa Manager must be extremely sales and business-orientated, confident working with large groups and wellness packages
- FULL Health & Skincare Qualifications
- 4-5 previous experience working in a luxury Lodge or Resort Spa environment as a Therapist
- 2-5year minimum working experience in a Management role.
- MUST be proficient in Outlook and confident working in Excel.
- Product knowledge of BABOR, Six & OPI with great skincare knowledge is very important
- MUST be able to administer professional Massage, Facial, and Beauty treatments to guests and manage the Daily Operations of the Spa, including setting Admin reports and procedures.
- MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team management and customer service experience is a MUST.
- Must be well-groomed, mature, and responsible.
- MUST have own reliable transport to travel to and from
POSITION DETAILS:

- Departmental performance bonus for Spa Manager
- Staff Meals (one meal per shift served at the hotel staff canteen)
- Pension Fund (mandatory for all employees, fund is managed by Alexander Forbes) 6% company + 6% employee contribution in ratio with your salary)
- Medical Aid Contribution (Not mandatory, but if you choose the fund is managed by Discovery Health, highest plan Classic Saver) 5% company + 5% employee contribution in ratio with your salary. Only the employee is covered by the plan, no family.
PLEASE NOTE: All positions are LIVE-OUT, NO ACCOMMODATION included in the appointment package.
OPERATING HOURS:
- Daily from 08:00 – 20:00*, including Public Holidays
*Subject to change based on operational needs
- Working shifts of 45hrs per week.
