Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is a great mining company in Northern Cape and is urgently seeking the expertise of a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
- Ensure incident and accident investigations are done within the framework of SOPs
- Initiate Crushing and screening processes
- Ensuring targets are achieved
- Oversee loading and hauling from the crushing pad
- Responsible to ensure that settings are correctly set for Jaw and Cone Crushers
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Supervisory qualification
- 7 – 10 years experience in an opencast mining environment
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Crushing experience is essential
