Your duties will encompass:
- Maintaining supplier database.
- RFQ`s with local suppliers.
- Purchasing and planning deliveries.
- Monitor and track stock levels.
- Co-Manage inventory profile together with sales and operations.
- Manage dispatch.
- Interbranch information sharing and transferring of stock.
- Daily liaison and support with regards to stock availability and allocation.
- Daily liaison and support with regards to order fulfilment and tracking.
- Ultimately enable Sales & Operational staff to effectively deliver against customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years` experience in Logistics or Inventory Administration.
- Proven experience in a small business operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary / Package
R18K – R25K CTC
